All Prophet apparel and wearable merchandise is eligible for exchange within 15 days of purchase to initiate to return/exchange or refund.

Customers should contact us at our customer service email address as info@prophetbrands.com to initiate a return.

All items must be returned in new condition, unworn, in original packaging, with all tags attached.

All drinkware, smoking devices, and items that are meant for oral use are not eligible for refund. Exchanges may be granted if damage occurred during shipping.

Receipts are required for return/ exchange.

Refunds or store credit will be issued within 7 days of receipt of the return item.

A shipping return label will be sent to all customers with approved returns.
